At out online beauty store, we offer free delivery for orders over Ksh2000 within Nairobi. For orders below the threshold, there is a flat fee of Ksh 200 for delivery within Nairobi. We strive to ensure that orders are delivered within 2 - 3 working days of the order being placed.

Delivery services are available from monday to Suturday and pubic  holidays. We also offer a pick-up option from our store at no extra cost. Please contract us for more infromaion regarding our delivery services.

We want you to be completly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and refunds within 7 days of purchase. In order to receive a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and acompanied with a valid proof of purchase. All shipping cost associated with returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 5 - 7 business days of the item being received.
